Shipping Policy:
All merchandise is send via UPS Ground
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay. (On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery or see delivery times, where indicated, with specific custom items. Checks are deposited upon receipt of order.
Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Delivery available on in stock items upon request, however, an additional charge will apply.
We ship within the continental U.S. or with prior approval to Canada and countries within the EU. Delivery addresses must be a street number as UPS will not ship to a PO Box address. Order from oversees must be paid in US funds in the form of bank check, postal money order or International Visa or MasterCard. Please call us for information regarding shipping, handling and delivery expectations. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.
Some item ships direct from the manufacturer via ground delivery for all domestic orders. For international orders, this item ships to the Saratoga Saddlery warehouse where it is Air Express shipped to its international destination.

Return Policy:
We at Outback Survival Gear and Saratoga Saddlery like to have happy and satisfied customers and we will work with you to come to a satisfactory conclusion.
General Merchandise Return Policy: (see separate return policy for saddles)
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase or within 10 days of shipping on back ordered items. An exchange or store credit may be requested for items of the wrong size or fit. Defective merchandise should be returned immediately and a refund to the customer will be granted after approval from our manufacturer. Products with damage caused during handling from the customer may not be returned. Returns will not be accepted after the 10 day limit.
Original receipt must accompany return along with tags and original packaging still intact.
Items NOT returnable: Bits, Special Orders, Clearance and Close-Out Items. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered-as determined by our management.
All boots should be tried on carpet only as scuffed soled boots cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for shipping to and from our facility. Special orders may incure up to a 25% restocking fee in order to sell the item in our Saratoga Springs store. Special exceptions apply; contact our sales representative for details. If original shipping was free due to a purchase over a specified dollar amount, then the original shipping charge may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
We do not accept any packages sent COD.
Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will mail checks out promptly.

Saddle Return Policy:
Saddles must be returned within 7 days from purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Returns will not be accepted after the 7 day limit
Original receipt must accompany return along with having all tags and packaging intact.
Special Order saddles are NOT returnable.
The saddle must be in new condition and not show any signs of wear-as determined by our management.
Saddles showing any signs of wear will incur a minimum of 10% restocking fee-determined by our management.
Saddle must be packaged in original box, insured and UPS prepaid and sent to above address.
